Our Optometrists:
Dr. Mildred Lopez Dinnebeck has been providing optometry care in Greeley since 1996. A native of the island of Puerto Rico, She is fluent in Spanish as well as English.
Dr. Lopez earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry (UHCO) in 1994. At UHCO, she especially enjoyed helping challenging pediatric patients in the Pediatric Specialty clinics.
Dr. Lopez completed her external rotations in San Antonio, Texas. At Randolph Air Force Base, she provided primary vision care to military families. Subsequently at the Cataract and LASER Eye Clinic, she was involved in pre/post refractive surgical care, care of the diabetic patient, as well as management of the patient with glaucoma.
Dr. Lopez holds the highest level of optometry license available to Colorado optometrists and enjoys helping patients of all ages achieve their best eye vision and health. Dr. Lopez was listed in the 2003-2004 Who's Who of American Professionals. She is also a member of the American Optometric Society, and the Professional Eye Care Associates of America.
Dr. James Dinnebeck, a native of northern Colorado, has provided optometry care for northern Colorado patients since 1994.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Industrial Construction Management, graduating as a member of SIgma Lambda Chi, the Construction Scholastic Honor Society. After moving to Houston to work on the design/management of the largest engineering project in the world(at that time), and being an eye/vision patient himself, he decided to pursue his longtime interest in optometry.
Dr. Dinnebeck graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry(UHCO) in 1992 with his Doctor of Optometry degree. While at UHCO, Dr. Dinnebeck's grand rounds presentation on "Ocular Rosacea," was selected in the top 10% of presentations and was subsequently published. He completed two external rotations at the Eye Institute of San Antonio where he was involved in extensive pre and post refractive surgical care, the care of the diabetic eye patient, and management of the glaucoma patient.
Dr. Dinnebeck holds the highest level of optometry license available to Colorado optometrists, and enjoys helping patients of all ages achieve their best eye vision and health. He is also a member of the American Optometric Society, as well as the Professional Eye Care Associates of America.
